The Cameri Theater Presented Its New Repertoire: A Musical Based On The Songs Of Eyal Golan

During an event that took place Yesterday (29.5), the Cameri Theater presented the repertoire of the new plays for 2019.

The most prominent of all was "It's Me", a musical written and directed by Maor Zaguri, based on Eyal Golan's songs.

I'm not sure if this is a public relations prank of the theater, or is actually an original musical that will soon be coming up, but the reactions in the hall and throughout the theatre network at this announcement are probably already demonstrating to the Cameri that it should remove this musical from the work process.

How can the Cameri write in the description of the musical: "This is a story about women's empowerment"?!

The actors of the theater also spoke to each other after the event; it seems they share a lack of understanding in the choice for this musical for the repertoire.

"The main actor will probably be Benny Sela" laughed one of the creators in the theater.

So, like us and the rest of the theater staff, we regret the decision of the Cameri Theater and demand that they will re-calculate the track.
