SPRING AWAKENING at Civic Theatre Tallaght Dublin; Begins Today

The Civic Theatre Tallaght Dublin will present SPRING AWAKENING, running May 15 to May 19.
There is a parental guidance warning that the show is intended for children 13+, as it deals with sensitive and mature subject matter.
SPRING AWAKENING is a rock musical that takes a look into the lives of German teenagers as they begin to explore aspects of sexuality and navigate adolescence. The show is touted as "a powerful celebration of youth and rebellion," according to the Civic Theatre's website.
This production is an iteration of the original Broadway production, with music by Duncan Sheik and lyrics by Steven Sater. It is based on the 1891 German play of the same name by Frank Wedekind.
