The New Theatre Now Accepting Submissions for New Writing Week 2017
By: BWW News Desk

The New Theatre is now accepting submissions for our upcoming New Writing Week November 2017.
New writing has always been at the heart of The New Theatre. If you have an original play that has not been staged we want to hear from you. We're looking for new voices, original ideas and engaging themes that are relevant to our time. So send us your dusty back-of-drawer gems or fresh-off -the-print creations.
Your script, if selected, will have a public reading on The New Theatre stage in November 2017 and ongoing support to help the play reach production. To submit your play please email a synopsis, the full script in PDF format and a short biog about yourself to newwriting.thenewtheatre@gmail.com with the subject line 'New Writing Week 2017.'To get an idea of what we're looking for see the New Writing section on our website, or click here.
Terms & Conditions: Open to all. One submission per person. Plays under 50 minutes and works in progress will not be accepted. Deadline is July 14th @ 5pm.
