Sanctus Real To Perform At Wagon Wheel, 9/8

By:

One of the hottest bands in Christian music today is headed to Warsaw. On September 8th, GMA Dove Award winning and Grammy nominated Sanctus Real perform two ninety-minute shows at the Wagon Wheel Theatre. The band is best known for their eight number one singles "Beautiful Day" (a U2 cover), "Everything About You", "The Fight Song", "I'm Not Alright", "Don't Give Up", "We Need Each Other", "Forgiven" and "Lead Me".

After becoming a Not-for-profit in January of this year, the Wagon Wheel Theatre sought to expand programming and has done so with their Wagon Wheel Junior program and now the addition of a Christian music artist. “We are thrilled to offer, not only quality entertainment, but entertainment that we feel reflects a large portion of our community,” says Will Dawson, Wagon Wheel Theatre Director of Operations. “Sanctus Real appeals to a wide and diverse audience with their mainstream success (Grammy Nominations) and their achievement in the Christian music industry.”

Dawson says Sanctus’ booking agency, Jeff Roberts & Associates are eager to help make Christian concerts, such as Sanctus Real a success. “They typically don’t to play two full-length concerts, but want this show to be a big hit for our community. Obviously the biggest reason is so they can come back, but also because of the popularity of contemporary Christian music and the fact that there are many other artists who would fill our venue and be as well received as Sanctus. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

Show times are 6pm and 8:30pm and tickets are on sale now ranging from $20-$32. Grace College students can purchase $15 discount tickets when they show their Grace ID (limit 100). For more information or to purchase tickets, visit wagonwheeltheatre.org
