Baker Faire & Market to Support Les Dames d'Escoffier Hawaii Chapter
Honolulu - Come enjoy an array of one-of-a-kind sweet and savory dishes. Shop in the pop up market featuring fresh local produce like fresh heart of palm, tomatoes, spices and packaged foods like jams, candies and tea. There will also a tag sale on culinary items like cook books, silver ware, glass ware and cooking utensils. Take home an exclusive Collab Cookies Set featuring an assortment of unique cookies baked only for this event by some of Hawaii's leading female patisserie chefs.
The public is invited to the Baker Faire and Market, a benefit for Les Dames d'Escoffier's Hawaii Chapter (LDEI). This event showcases the talents of some of Hawaii's leading female chefs, bakers and restauranteurs as Les Dames d'Escoffier International celebrates its 30th anniversary.
Network with the Dames in the local culinary, beverage and hospitality industries. Learn from some of Hawaii's top female bakers, restauranteurs, farmers and producers. Participants include MW Restaurant, Cakeworks, Eat Honolulu, Sweet Revenge, Monkeypod Jam, The Tea Chest, Koloa Rum, Wailea Agricultural Group, Hawaiian Nougat Company and many more.
Proceeds benefit scholarships for local women to study overseas in food-focused programs.
