Prepare a song in the style of the show (bring the sheet music). Additional sides may be provided.

SEEKING EQUITY PERFORMERS ONLY FOR THESE ROLES

Maria Rainer - (soprano/mezzo, early 20's to early 30's) A postulant at Nonnberg Abbey, warm, open, grounded actress with a wonderfully sincere sense of humor and an endearing confidence, must move well

Captain Georg von Trapp - (baritone, 40 to early 50's) Retired Austrian naval captain and a widower. Militant, cool, and detached at the beginning of the show and warms over the course, must move well.

Mother Abbess - (soprano, late 40's to 60's) The head of Nonnberg Abbey, motherly, wise, uplifting, and patient. Powerhouse soprano to sing Climb Ev'ry Mountain.
