Seeking:
Narrator:
37-38; male; our guide, personable, sly sense of humor; good language skills; able to tell a good, detailed story. Role requires a good, versatile character man, who plays all of the other “alums” (both male and female Minnesotans) at the class reunion.
Peter:
37-38; attractive, charming, decent guy who is haunted by the one wrong decision in his life--his abandonment of Kari. Now an analyst in St. Paul, he’s in a life crisis, which has been exacerbated by the reunion. There’s something of the romantic about him as he wears his heart on his sleeve and lays his cards on the table. Actor must also have a pleasant singing voice and play some guitar.
Kari:
37-38; attractive, very likable; more practical than Peter. She’s the one who stayed in the hometown and pulled her life together. She’s compromised for security, which begins to unravel as old wounds are opened at the reunion. Needs a sense of humor but also a wide emotional range.
