Equity actors for roles in the Broadway production of THE FULL MONTY (See

).

While Actors are permitted to audition for any role, RTC intends to hire only Actors local to NYC for the available roles in this production and does not provide or subsidize housing for local Actors.

PREPARATION

Please prepare a short song in the style of the show and bring sheet music and a headshot and resume stapled together.

BREAKDOWN

JERRY LUKOWSKI: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Male, 30s–40s, open ethnicity. A recently unemployed steelworker and devoted father struggling to maintain custody of his son. Charismatic, impulsive, funny, and determined, Jerry dreams up the idea of an amateur strip act to earn money. Must have strong comedic instincts. Strong singer, and mover.

DAVE BUKATINSKY: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Male, 30s–40s, open ethnicity. Jerry's best friend. Warm, loyal, and deeply self-conscious about his body image. Married to Georgie, he wrestles with insecurity while finding confidence through the group's journey. Must have strong comedic instincts. Strong singer and mover.

HAROLD NICHOLS: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Male, 40s–50s, open ethnicity. Former foreman at the steel mill. Intelligent, dignified, and reserved, Harold struggles with the loss of his job and his sense of identity. His marriage to Vicki is tested as he hides the truth about his unemployment. Strong singer and mover.

ETHAN GIRARD: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Male, 20s–30s, open ethnicity. A cheerful, enthusiastic former mill worker with a surprising talent for dance. Optimistic, kindhearted, and eager to help, Ethan provides much of the show's joy and physical comedy. Strong singer and mover.

MALCOLM MACGREGOR: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Male, 20s–30s, open ethnicity. Awkward, shy, and lonely, Malcolm longs for friendship and acceptance. Though initially uncomfortable in social situations, he gradually gains confidence and becomes an integral part of the group. Strong singer and mover.

NOAH HORSE T. SIMMONS: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Male, 40s–60s, Black. Confident, wise, with effortless charm. Horse teaches the others that confidence matters more than physique. Strong singer and mover.

JEANETTE BURMEISTER: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Female, 40s–60s, open ethnicity. A wisecracking piano player with a sharp wit and big personality. Serves as accompanist and reluctant mentor to the men. Scene-stealing comic role requiring strong character acting and singing.

GEORGIE BUKATINSKY: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Female, 30s–40s, open ethnicity. Dave's loving wife. Practical, affectionate, and perceptive, she supports Dave while encouraging him to overcome his insecurities. Strong singer.

VICKI NICHOLS: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Female, 40s–50s, open ethnicity. Harold's energetic and optimistic wife. She believes Harold is still employed and struggles to understand his emotional distance. Strong singer.

PAM LUKOWSKI: THIS ROLE IS ON OFFER.
Female, 30s–40s, open ethnicity. Jerry's ex-wife and Nathan's mother. Protective and practical, she wants stability for her son but still recognizes Jerry's love for Nathan. Comfortable singing.

NATHAN LUKOWSKI:
Male, 10–13. Jerry's bright, observant son, open ethnicity. Loves his father and becomes his greatest supporter. Natural who is comfortable singing (unchanged voice).
