Pretty, pert, petite, blonde, smartly dressed. Beautiful manners, but stubborn. Spoiled, but very pleasant. Age 25. British.

Elyot:

Slim, good looking, impeccably attired, well-travelled, a fun person despite his sarcasm and wicked wit. Verbally dexterous, enjoys his cocktails, plays the piano and sings a bit, great at parties. Sexy in an offbeat way. Unreliable and temperamental. Has been married twice. Age 32-38. British.

Amanda:

Exquisite, with a perfect figure, a stunning profile, and flawless diction. Sexy, sophisticated, hilarious. Selfish, chic, but with a clown’s instincts. Sings and dances. Played on the stage by Gertrude Lawrence and Maggie Smith. Age 30. British. Comedienne.

Victor:

Nice-looking, conservative. Smug, but truly a gentleman. Unimaginative, proper, and incredibly dependable. Goes to the gym, but can’t dance. Age 35-42. British. Originally played by Laurence Olivier.
