Breakdown

ELLE WOODS - early 20’s, pretty, perky, a sorority queen whose shallow, entitled exterior covers a sharp, intelligent, purposeful interior. Must sing and move well with great comic instincts

EMMETT FORREST - late 20’s /early 30’s, leading man, earnest, likable, slightly nerdy but cute.

PAULETTE BONAFONTE – 30’s/early 40’s, warm, funny, working class, attractive but a bit insecure. Good comic ability

PROFESSOR CALLAHAN – late 30’s/40’s, attractive, charismatic, smart, arrogant, narcissist, very full of himself with very little respect for others – especially women

WARNER HUNTINGTON III - early 20’s, a younger version of Callahan but without the intelligence

VIVENNE KENSINGTON – early 20’s, smart, sophisticated, the polar opposite of Elle. Judgmental at first but warms up as she gets to know Elle.

BROOKE WYNDHAM – late 20’s/early 30’s – a slightly older version of Elle

KYLE – 30’s/early 40’s, working class, attractive, a bit shy, delivery man for a UPS-like delivery service

CHUTNEY – 20’s, spoiled young east coast version of Elle’s sorority sisters, angry and jealous of Brooke

NIKOS – 20’s/30’s, European, good-looking, effeminate, good comic ability
