9:30 AM - 5:30 PM both days New York City

Lunch from 1 - 2.

Please prepare two very brief, contrasting Shakespeare monologues, preferably totaling no more than two minutes.

Please bring a picture and resume, stapled together.

Seeking ten men and women, ages 18+, to perform multiple roles in HAMLET and THE COMEDY OF ERRORS. Theatre states, “Previous experience with Shakespeare extremely important.”

2011 season. Shows run in rep:

HAMLET by William Shakespeare. Dir: Terrence O’Brien. With the exception of Hamlet, all roles available.

THE COMEDY OF ERRORS by William Shakespeare. Dir: Kurt Rhoads. All roles available.


AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYs by Jules Verne. Adaptation: Mark Brown. Dir: Christopher Edwards.

All roles are CAST. Auditioning performers will be considered as possible replacements, should any become necessary.

Theatre’s statement: “We’re open to traditional and non-traditional casting across all lines (e.g. race, gender, age etc.).”
