Harry Witherspoon (32) - A shy, sweet natured, and insecure young Englishman who is working as an underpaid shoe salesman in a dreary London suburb.
Annabel Glick (30) - A rep of the Universal Dog Home of Brooklyn. Annabel is a young woman with a natural bent for causes.
Rita La Porta (42) - A handsome, hard-edged woman with an extremely volatile nature and a severe case of nearsightedness.
Dr. Vincent Vinnie Di Ruzzio (40) - Rita La Porta's brother. A nervous and conservative optometrist. He never takes risks.
Luigi Guadi (50) - A boisterous and gregarious Italian.
Ensemble Players - 2 women, 2 men double a variety of parts.

Alfredo (80s) - A Black Jewish tailor, originally from Argentina. Intelligent, introspective, and struggling with the decline of his wife.

Jed Berman: Creative leader of the Apollo mission. Always wears red socks and a red bow tie. 55-60.
CJ Caldwell: An intuitive engineer who can’t do math. Loves duck hunting. 23.
Vencel von Volp: A numbers man. German. 30.
Buck Rogers: The comic book character.
Galileo: 16th century Italian astronomer, inventor of the telescope and author of “Starry Messenger,” the first description of the moon’s surface.
Apollo: The Greek God.
The Red Baron: The German World War I fighter pilot.
Icarus: The character from Greek mythology who tried to fly to the sun.
Snoopy: The dog from the Peanuts cartoon strip.
Dr. James Towers: A Nobel Laureate in Physics.
Louis Leakey: The British paleontologist who wrote extensively on prehistoric man in Africa.
Tycho Brahe: The 16th century Danish astronomer.
Reporter: A Reporter.

ERNESTINE ASHWORTH: Travels from age 7 to 107. In that time she will be a daughter, a girlfriend, a wife, a mother, a friend, an aunt, a mother-in-law, a widow, a second wife, a grandmother, a great grandmother, and a great-great grandmother.
ALICE: Selfless. Strong. Ernestine’s mother. Will double as Madeline and Ernie.
KENNETH: Ernestine’s awkward and annoying next door neighbor.
MATT: Chiseled jawline. A middle linebacker on the high school football team. Ernestine’s boyfriend then husband. Will double as William.
BILLY: Sensitive. An ear for music. Ernestine and Matt’s son. Will double as John.
MADELINE: Troubled. Bemused. Beautiful. Erudite. Ernestine and Matt’s daughter. Will doubles as Alice and Ernie.
JOAN: Anxious. Very anxious. Billy’s wife. Will double as Alex and Beth.
ALEX: Takes no bullshit. Billy and Joan’s daughter. Will double as Joan and Beth.
ERNIE: Ethereal. Vivacious. She doesn’t walk, she glides. Alex’s daughter. Will double as Alice and Madeline.
WILLIAM: 13. Grand. Will double as Matt.
JOHN: A man woken up in the middle of the night. Will double as Billy.
BETH: John’s domestic partner, she quit smoking 10 years ago and hasn’t been in a good mood since. Will double as Joan and Alex.
