SEEKING

Actors for 2018-2019 Season
Actors of all ethnicities and gender identities encouraged to attend.

PREPARATION

Please prepare two contrasting contemporary monologues, not to exceed 4 minutes combined. Please also bring a current headshot/resume, stapled back to back.

Shanita, Black, mid-late 20's, identifies as female. Working class. Pretty, but not ruled by it. Hard-working. By-the-books. Believes in the work she does. Also, pregnant. Somewhere, a beautiful dreamer.
Reggie, Black, late 30's, identifies as male. White collar. Studious. Dedicated. Compassionate. The Foreman. Somewhere, a fire brims.

Claire Torrance, 40's, white, identifies as female. Academic advisor. Her most outstanding feature is her keen intelligence. For most of her life, she's been the smartest person in the room and she takes great pleasure in that fact.
Ronald Hitchens, 30's, black, identifies as male. Division 1 football recruiter. An ex-athlete.
Tonya Mann, late 30's, black, identifies as female. Academic administrator. Very sharp.
Abby Barton, 18, identifies as female. College student. Pretty, but slightly askew; her clothes are a little out of date.
