PREPARATION

Prepare two contrasting contemporary monologues (3 to 4 minutes preferred). Bring picture and resume (accompanist will not be provided on this day)

Miranda- early 20's; belter with soft/sweet low range; a dog trainer, tomboyish in appearance, takes her job very seriously, doesn’t much care if people are offended by her spiky, no-nonsense manner, dogs loved-people tolerated

Blair- 20's; soprano, a hedge fund manager, very bright, gorgeous and sultry, ambitious workaholic who, at her young age, has risen very quickly in high-level financial circles.
