Actors for roles in ANATOMY OF A SUICIDE (see breakdown).


PREPARATION

Prepare a contemporary dramatic or darkly comic monologue of choice, preferably no longer than 2 minutes in length.

This production will take place in Atlantic Theater Company’s main stage, the Linda Gross Theater at 336 West 20th Street.

EPA Procedures are in effect for audition.

SEEKING:

CAROL: 30’s/40’s, female, any ethnicity. She is struggling with life and is holding on for her daughter’s sake.

ANNA: 20’s, female, any ethnicity. Struggles with addiction, can’t find her footing.

BONNIE: 30’s, female, any ethnicity. ER doctor, struggles with her family’s history of trauma and depression

JOHN: 30’s-50’s, male, any ethnicity. Carol’s husband, tries very hard to be there for his wife. Her struggle is his struggle.

JAIMIE: 30’s male, any ethnicity. Anna’s husband. Works hard to be supportive of Anna

FEMALE ENSEMBLE 1, AS CAST: 30’s, any ethnicity.

FEMALE ENSEMBLE 2, AS CAST: 20’s, any ethnicity. To play young child as well as 20’s.

MALE ENSEMBLE 1, AS CAST: 30’s, any ethnicity.

MALE ENSEMBLE 2 AS CAST: 30’s/40’s, any ethnicity.
