“All Shook Up” auditions at CenterPoint Legacy Theatre

Centerville, Utah, April 11, 2012- CenterPoint Legacy Theatre announces auditions for “All Shook Up” on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Auditions are held at the theater, 525 North 400 West, Centerville. Enter the building on the West-side basement entrance.

.All Shook Up Synopsis: One part Elvis and one part Shakespeare equals a hip-swinging, toe-tapping story of love triangles, identity mix-ups and happy endings. “All Shook Up” includes some of Elvis’ most popular hits that are sure to delight and entertain while the Bard’s twists and turns keep the story humming.

Audition Specifics:
· Wanted performers 17 years and older
· Strong singers/dancers needed for ensemble
· Both dancing & singing will audition 9:00 a.m. - noon

Audition Preparation:
· Bring two songs to sing in the style of the show (One up-tempo; one ballad), 16 bars each
· A pianist will be provided
· No acapella singing
· Come prepared to learn a brief dance routine (Please wear appropriate attire)
