Microsoft's Gifts to DCPA Surpass $2 Million
For more than 17 years Microsoft has supported The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) providing $2,236,822 in software. Microsoft gifts enable more than 300 DCPA employees to innovate, stay competitive in the industry, produce and present high quality theatre and serve 50,000 students.
Chairman Daniel Ritchie states, "Without Microsoft's donations over the years, the DCPA could not have kept up with growing needs in marketing, production and customer service. We are so very grateful for this partnership."
As a not-for-profit theatre organization, the DCPA entertains more than 750,000 people throughout the American West. Through their software donation, Microsoftgives the DCPA the latest desktop and server operating systems to provide operational improvement and the flexibility to meet the patron and user needs.
The Denver Center for the Performing Arts is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization located in downtown's Denver Performing Arts Complex at Speer & Arapahoe. For more information visit denvercenter.org or call 303.893.4000.
