On Saturday December 26, Comedy Works Downtown proudly presents the return of Denver's own Josh Blue. Comedy Works will host three unforgettable performances at 6:30 PM, 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

Most widely known as the winner of NBC's "Last Comic Standing", Josh has become increasingly popular for his appearances on Comedy Central's "Mind of Mencia", "Comics Unleashed", "Live with Regis and Kelly", and as the first ever stand-up comic performance on "The Ellen Degeneres Show".

Josh's lifelong battle with Cerebral Palsy has proved to be more of a triumph as he continues to overcome the barriers and typecasting that society places on disabled individuals. Blue often jokes, "I realize that people are going to stare so I want to give them something to stare at".

When Josh is not performing on stage, he is playing the field as a member of the U.S. Paralympics Soccer Team. His team competed in Athens, Greece at the 2004 Summer Paralympics Games, the second largest sporting event in the world!

What could be better than a night of laughs? A night of philanthropic laughs! A portion of the Proceeds from this event will go to the National Sports Center for the Disabled.

The National Sports Center for the Disabled began in 1970, and is now one of the largest outdoor therapeutic recreations agencies in the world. Every year, the NSCD helps thousands of adults and children with disabilities excel in over twenty different kinds of sports and activities.

Tickets are $22.00. Advance tickets are available now. Please call 303 595 3637 or purchase tickets at www.comedyworks.com
