Candlelight Dinner Playhouse to Present ALWAYS...PATSY CLINE, 3/13-4/19
Sing along with one of the lost legends of American popular music in the juke-box musical based on the true story of Patsy Cline's friendship with Houston housewife Louise Seger. Chatting about their common concerns over a pot of strong coffee, the two women struck up a surprising personal relationship that was to last until Cline's untimely death. Fans old and new will delight in the humor and sweetness of this story full of unforgettable hits such as Walkin' After Midnight, I Fall to Pieces, Sweet Dreams, and Crazy.
Melissa Swift-Sawyer reprises her award-winning performance as Patsy Cline - formerly seen as Patsy in over 2,500 performances nationally with an extended run at Denver Center Attractions. Regional favorite Alisha Dunfee stars at Cline's greatest fan and closest friend, Louise Seger. Always...Patsy Cline is directed by Patrick Sawyer with musical direction by Randy Johnson.
