FORBIDDEN BROADWAY Returns to Eisemann on 35th Anniversary Tour ImageEisemann Center Presents opens the Theatre Series with the production Forbidden Broadway 35th Anniversary Tour with five performances October 19-22, 2017 at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson, Texas. Just when Broadway thought it was safe from the poison pen of funny-man Gerard Alessandrini, Forbidden Broadway returns, sharper and more hilarious than ever! This year's targets include Pippin, Kinky Boots, Les Miz, Matilda, joining favorites from last year including Wicked and The Book of Mormon.

Forbidden Broadway marks another parody milestone with a 35th Anniversary Tour that taunts the Great White Way in Wicked fashion. The long-running roast features outrageous costumes, riotous rewrites of familiar songs and sidesplitting impressions, from The Phantom of the Opera to The Book of Mormon and beyond.

The fall-down funny musical roast of Broadway that has picked up nine Drama Desk Awards, a Special Tony, an Obie, a Lucille Lortel and Drama League Award, is back at last with a blast, features outrageous costumes, hilarious rewrites of the songs you know, and dead-on impressions by a stellar cast! Whether you're a seasoned theatre-goer or new to Broadway, Forbidden Broadway is your one-stop ticket to non-stop laughs.

Performances of Forbidden Broadway are October 19-21, 2017 at 8:00 pm with matinees on October 21 and October 22, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Bank of America Theatre. Tickets are $39-$49 and are available online at www.eisemanncenter.com or by calling the Eisemann Center Ticket Office at 972-744-4650. The Ticket Office is open from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday and one hour before performances. Group discounts for 10 or more are available by calling Group Sales at 972-744-4650.

The Charles W. Eisemann Center is located at 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson, Texas. The Eisemann Center is accessible from Highway 75 North taking the Galatyn Parkway/Renner Road exit going north and the Galatyn Parkway/Campbell Road exit going south, or from the DART light rail station at Galatyn Park.
