Windham Theatre Guild Hosts 12th Annual Chocolate Gala Tonight, 10/13
Everyone's favorite fall event is back offering chocolate, wines, entertainment and bargains galore. It's the Windham Theatre Guild's 12th Chocolate Gala and annual Goods and Services Auction, set for tonight, October 13, starting at 7 p.m. at the Burton Levitt Theatre, located at 779 Main Street, Willimantic, Conn.
For this one night, the theatre is transformed into a bargain hunter's dream. The most incredible gift baskets, gift certificates, gourmet dinners, get-away trips, specialty items and more are yours for the lowest bid. Most items will be displayed for you to bid on silently, and some of the best items will be available through the unpredictable and exciting action of a live auction.
The evening begins with an indulgence hour from 7 to 8 p.m. featuring a stunning chocolate fountain, three tiers high, flowing with gourmet Ghiardelli Chocolate and surrounded by an assortment of dippers. Enjoy a wine tasting and entertainment by Windham Theatre Guild singers.
