Mario Cantone to Perform at Ridgefield Playhouse, 3/2

Mario Cantone is set to perform at the Ridgefield Playhouse for a night of stand up comedy, music and more on March 2nd.

This fast paced and energetic comedian is best known for being Charlotte York’s gay and incredibly bossy wedding planner from Sex and the City. Cantone is also a veteran Broadway performer known particularly for his Tony- nominated one-man show “Laugh Whore” as well as starring in Tony Award Winning “Assasins” and many other productions.

Along with his broadway and movie career Mario has been featured on Comedy Central, The Chappelle’s Show, Late Night with David Letterman, Oprah, The Today Show and The View. Catone has performed his irreverent stand-up comedy at a wide range of venues and is notorious for his hilarious impressions such as Liza Minnelli and Judy Garland to Joan Rivers and Bruce Springsteen.
