Connecticut Arts and Tourism Budget Reduced

Connecticut governor Dannel Malloy has signed off on a budget adjustment that will cut arts and tourism funding in the state to restore a $350 million hold in the budget. Most significantly, Connecticut's "Still Revolutionary" tourism movement has taken a $1 million hit.

The official description of the "Still Revolutionary" campaign is as follows: "Connecticut's new brand identity, still revolutionary serves as a rallying point to help build pride among residents and bolster the state's reputation as a business and tourism destination. It is a 360-degree integrated marketing campaign delivered through a variety of touch points."
