Castle Craig Players Add Performance of 'CABARET' to August Run
Due to an overwhelming demand for tickets, the Castle Craig Players have added a performance of CABARET on Thursday, August 4 at 7:30pm. Tickets are on sale now, and are expected to sell quickly.
Featuring an unforgettable score by John Kander and Fredd Ebb, CABARET takes audiences deep into the seedy nightlife of the Kit Kat Club on the eve of Hitler's rise to power in Weimar Germany. The show follows the interlocking stories of a cabaret singer, a writer from America, and the denizens of Berlin as they are caught up in the swirling maelstrom of a changing society. Led by the enigmatic and dazzling Emcee, CABARET is an intoxicating theatrical experience, featuring well-known classics of the musical stage such as "Don't Tell Mama," "Maybe This Time," and, of course, "Cabaret".
CABARET runs through August 7 at The Almira F. Stephan Memorial Playhouse, 59 West Main Street, Meriden, CT. Presented Cabaret Style with table seating, patrons are invited to bring their own dinner, drinks and snacks to enjoy!
Tickets are $25 for Adults & $20 for Seniors (65+). Seating is extremely limited - so patrons are encouraged to buy in advance! Tickets may be purchased online at www.CastleCraig.org or over the phone by calling toll-free 1-800-838-3006.
