Shadowbox presented The Best of Shadowbox 2010, which opened June 10th, to a very special crowd the day before it opened to the public. For the final dress rehearsal, the ensemble welcomed nearly 50 of its biggest supporters for the first ever Donor Appreciation Night.

The donors were given a behind-the-scenes look at a typical Shadowbox dress rehearsal. The donors arrived early and spent the first hour having dinner with the Shadowbox staff. Shadowbox ensemble members mingled with the donors, sharing the meal while Community Relations Director Stacie Boord and Executive Producer / CEO Stev Guyer gave them a brief update on upcoming events for the ensemble. After viewing the dress rehearsal the donors were invited to stay and hear the directors notes for the cast.

The Best of Shadowbox 2010 has only the most popular-by-demand sketches and songs make it into this all-star line-up for a fast-paced, side-splitting show. Best of Shadowbox will include songs and sketches from last year's Spring and Fall shows, Bad to the Bone and Born to Be Wild and this year's winter show Shadowbox After Dark.

The Best of Shadowbox 2010 is running now August 28th at The Easton Town Center. Shows are Thursdays at 7:30 PM and Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM through August 28th. Tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for students and seniors. For more information and reservations call the Shadowbox box office at 614-416-7625 or go online to www.shadowboxcabaret.com.
