Imagine Productions of Columbus Opens URINETOWN, 5/15

Imagine Productions of Columbus will present Urinetown: The Musical with Music and Lyrics by Mark Hollman and Book and Lyrics by Greg Kotis May 15-26, 2013 at Wall Street Night Club located at 144 N. Wall Street, Columbus 43201. Urinetown is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). SHOW DESCRIPTION

In grim Gotham-like city of the future, a 20-year drought has occurred. As a result, the government has banned private toiletries and the citizens must use pay-to-pee toilets regulated by a monopolistic company, the Urine Good Company, which charges exorbitant prices. Bobby Strong, the assistant custodian at the poorest urinal in town, decides enough is enough. With the help of the daughter of the CEO of the Urine Good Company, Hope Cladwell, Bobby ends up leading a rebellion which frees the citizens.

TICKETING

Reservations are recommended. Individual seats are $17. A table (4 seats) is $65. Standing Room Only are only $10 each. Standing Room Only tickets are only available at the door on the night of the show and may not be reserved ahead of time. Season Passes are available for the remainder of the 2013 season. All patrons must be at least 18 years of age with the exception of Sunday shows. Every audience member will be asked to show a valid ID at the door. Those under 18 must and without a valid ID will need to sign a waiver.
