Projection Designer needed ASAP - Chicago Tap Theatre

Experienced Projection Designer needed for Saving the World: A Science Fiction Tap Dance Opera.Due to a scheduling conflict with previous designer, need to hire and get someone up to speed ASAP.Scope: Creating Projections for world premiere show from the award-winning tap dance company Chicago Tap Theatre. Show is approximately 1 hour and ten minutes without intermission. Projections will be a mix of static images, found videos and simple animation. Saving the World features multiple climate disasters (tornado, earthquake, deluge) as well as a human version of Pong, with the ball being animated and projected. At this point, the plan is to project directly onto the stage, rather than on a cyc. Start date: Production Team would want to meet ASAP with Designer to discuss the show.
