Associate Director of Education - Cleveland Play House

Cleveland Play House seeks an Associate Director of Education to manage the day-to-day operations of CPH's Education Department. This position collaborates with the Director of Education in defining, planning and achieving the vision and mission of CPH's educational programming. Primary Duties include but are not limited to: directing a Classroom Matinee production and leading adult ensemble programs within the Academy; hiring and support of faculty and artists across all education programs except CARE; management and support of all educational programs; serving as the chair of weekly Education staff meetings and WrapAround meetings; significantly contributing to program planning and development; and oversight and management of new play development in conjunction with CPH Academy and Classroom Matinee. When requested, ADE will serve as the department's surrogate, spokesperson, and decision maker in all areas of operation. This position supervises Site Coordinators, the Curriculum and Instructional Coordinator, and guest artists.
