Legendary Cabaret Performer and 2007 Bailiwick Trailblazer Award Winner Honey West comes to the Bailiwick Stage, to host a wonderful evening of music featuring 9 of the most talented women to grace the Bailiwick Stage in the last few years.

Last seen on the Bailiwick stage as the struggling stripper/chanteuse Shawntel in the 2007 smash hit Jerry Springer–The Opera, Bailiwick Artistic Associate Kate Garassino has also been seen in many Bailiwick musicals including Parade, My Favorite Year, Kiss of the Spider Woman & Dr. Sex.

Dana Tretta, the young powerhouse actress & singer who (as recently announced) will be playing the starring role of Esmerelda in Dennis DeYoung's The Hunchback of Notre Dame  this May will be featured in the concert before transforming into the gypsy with a heart of gold.

A recent favorite of Bailiwick audiences, Kathleen Gibson (seen recently as Peaches in Jerry Springer–The Opera and as the heartbreaking and heartwarming Nadia in bare), will come back to the Bailiwick Stage in the Women of the Wick Concert before returning yet again as a cast member of Dennis DeYoung's The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Another ensemble member of Dennis DeYoung's The Hunchback of Notre Dame, is the charming and wonderful Shannon Strodel, who has previously been seen at the Bailiwick in the summer smash American Premiere of Jerry Springer–The Opera and gave a stellar performance in our fall 2007 production of Happy Endings are Extra.

Northwestern senior Kristin Johnson, recently seen as the teenager with a dilemma in the Jeff Recommended production of bare will also play a part in this performance.

Those who attend the Bailiwick frequently, will remember Harmony France from her riveting turns as Zandra in Jerry Springer–The Opera and as a cast member of the 2007 voyage of The Christmas Schooner.

Lili-Anne Brown returns to the Bailiwick after a few years, after being a part of the cast of the Jeff Citation winning production of Parade. That show won many Jeff Citations, including one for Best Ensemble.

Another cast member of Jerry Springer–The Opera will grace the stage of the Women of the Wick concert, Marcy Stonikas, whose performance as Irene and Mary in Jerry Springer–The Opera is sure to be remembered by those who attended that production.

The list is rounded out by Chicagoland favorite Bethany Thomas, whose powerful voice and presence was last seen on the Bailiwick Stage in Animal Farm.

Tickets for the Women of the Wick Concert are $50 for VIP Admission and $25 for General Admission. The concert is in the Bailiwick Mainstage and starts at 7:30pm on April 8th.
