ASC & Victory Gardens Hosts Two-day Playwriting Workshop 2/10-11

Adventure Stage Chicago (ASC) and Victory Gardens Theater present the next installment in their Holiday Drama Kids Workshop Series, a succession of interactive workshops designed to keep kids engaged and occupied when school is not in session.

HOLIDAY DRAMA KIDS TWO-DAY PLAYWRITING AND PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP
Thur., Feb. 10, 9am-3pm
Fri., Feb. 11, 9am-3pm
at Adventure Stage Chicago's historic Vittum Theater, 1012 N. Noble St., Chicago

(Light snacks provided; kids bring their own lunch.)
Kids devise their own performance piece, explore acting fundamentals, rehearse short scenes and monologues, and then perform their original short plays on the ASC stage for friends and family. (Family members are welcome to return on Friday at 2:15 for a performance of the short plays written by and starring the kids!)

Workshops are open to all kids ages 8 to 18. Entry is $30 per day per child. Registration is required, and early registration is strongly encouraged. Please call the ASC box office at 773-342-4141 or click on the Purchase Tickets button at www.adventurestage.org to register today.
