Theatre Charlotte Presents 24 HOUR THEATRE PROJECT, 4/21
Theatre Charlotte will present its 24 HOUR THEATRE PROJECT on April 21st. Auditions will take place at 9 a.m. and the show will take place at 8 p.m.
On Friday night, April 20, 2012, playwrights will get a starting point. They will write all night and turn their scripts over to directors on Saturday morning, April 9th. Auditions will be held at 9am, the plays rehearsed all day and presented to an audience at 8pm that Saturday night.
Tickets for the show will cost only $10 and will be available at the door starting at 7 p.m.
Auditions for the 24 Hour Theatre Project will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012at 9:00am. If you wish to audition, please arrive at the theatre by 9:00am and be prepared to stay and rehearse all day. You do not need to prepare anything as audition time is very limited. There will be between 15 and 25 roles available in a wide range of ages so everyone is welcome to attend.
Theatre Charlotte is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, with a volunteer board of directors and a staff of 4 full time employees. Theatre Charlotte provides many volunteer opportunities for performers, backstage workers and ushers. Our guest directors, designers, choreographers and music directors give these volunteers the opportunity to work with the region’s most talented professionals.
