Improv Group The Chuckleheads Announces Multiple NC Performances
Charlotte-based improv group The Chuckleheads are set to perform multiple shows across North Carolina: The Love is in the Air Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza on Feb. 15, The Some Folks Have All the Luck Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza on March 14, and Ain't it Nifty Scott Pacitti is 50 Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza on April 12.
The Love is in the Air Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza will include Valentine's Day and love themed unscripted improvisational comedy games (ala Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Improv-a-ganza, and the Second City,) musical games/activities, game show elements, and the heavy-duty audience participation that are staples of the six-year-old Chuckleheads' improv comedy troupe's shows. And it's all made up on the spot. The show will run for two performances at the Warehouse Performing Arts Center, Cornelius on Saturday, February 15 at 6:00 p.m. (family friendly show) and 8:00 p.m. (could contain some adult language and situations).

The Chuckleheads' second show, The Some Folks Have All the Luck Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza, will be performed at The Tavern on Friday, March 14 at 8:00 p.m. This show is similar in structure to the Chuckleheads' February show but will feature St. Patrick's Day-themed improvisational games and audience participation. This show could contain some adult language and situations. Food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available before, during and after the show.

The Chuckleheads' third show, Ain't it Nifty Scott Pacitti is 50 Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza, will feature birthday-themed improvisational games and audience participation. The performance will be at Dilworth Neighborhood Grille, 911 East Morehead Street, Charlotte on Saturday, April 12 at 8:00 p.m. and could contain some adult language and situations. Food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available before, during and after the Chuckleheads' show.

Each of the Chucklehead's shows will include prizes to be raffled off during the performance as a fundraiser. The Chuckleheads are the house improvisational troupe of the 501c3 non-profit corporation, Actor's Crib, Inc.
