Actors Theatre Holds 'Pay What You Can' for 39 STEPS et al. 10/2

The Actors Theatre of Charlotte offers 'Pay What You Can' this Wednesday, September 22, 2010. Perfromances offered include Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS adapted by Patrick Barlow based on the novel by John Buchan. Perfamces begin September 22 and run until October 2, 2010. This is the not-to-miss Charlotte Premiere of Broadway's Longest Running Comedy! A mix of the Hitchcock classic film, a juicy spy novel and a dash of Monty Python...all with over 150 zany characters (played by 4 talented actors!)

Also presented is the Alfred Hitchcock Film Series featuring NORTH BY NORTHWEST (1959) Sunday, September 26 at 7:00pm. Admission is free, but limited to the first 220 people. Doors will open at 6:00pm. A hapless New York advertising executive is mistaken for a government agent by a group of foreign spies, and is pursued across the country while he looks for a way to survive.
