Disturbed & Rob Zombie to Bring Tour to Giant Center, 5/22

By:

Rock titans Disturbed and Rob Zombie will bring their co-headlining tour to Giant Center on Sunday, May 22 at 7:00 p.m. Joining them for the evening will be Pop Evil.

Tickets for this show are $32.80, $42.80 and $52.80 (tax and applicable fees apply and there is an eight-ticket limit), and are available at Giant Center Box Office. They can be charged by phone at 717-534-3911 or 800-745-3000, and online at www.HersheyEntertainment.com or www.TicketMaster.com.

Disturbed is touring in support of their massive #1 album Immortalized, which marked the end of the Grammy-nominated group's 4-year hiatus, and became their fifth consecutive album to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 - a rare feat achieved by only one other hard rock band in the history of the chart: Metallica. The album has already boasted two No. 1 Active Rock singles in "The Vengeful One" and "The Light," and now the group's haunting version of Simon & Garfunkel's classic "The Sound of Silence" is poised to continue the dominance.

Formed in Chicago in 1996, the multi-platinum Disturbed - David Draiman [vocals], Dan Donegan [guitar], Mike Wengren [drums], and John Moyer [bass] - have sold over 15 million albums globally and scored eleven No. 1 singles at Active Rock Radio. Their quadruple-platinum 2000 debut The Sickness formally announced their arrival as hard rock leaders, with that status solidified by their subsequent Grammy Award nomination as well as gold-, platinum- and double platinum-certified records.

As a rock legend and filmmaker with a unique vision, Rob Zombie has continuously challenged audiences as he stretches the boundaries of both music and film. His sixth solo studio album, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispensor, has been named as one of Rolling Stone's "Most Anticipated Metal Albums of 2016." The Electric Warlock... marks Rob Zombie's first solo studio album since 2013's Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor, which debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200. This new record is a full return to form by Zombie, featuring John 5 (Guitar), Piggy D (Bass) and Ginger Fish (Drums) with provocative art provided by Alex Horley.
