All Too Human, is a one man play about the life of the world renowned, often controversial 20th century trial attorney, Clarence Darrow.

It is written and performed by Westchester Trial Lawyer and Equity Actor, Henry Miller. Mr. Darrow was well known for his wit, agnosticism, and sometimes scandalous behavior. His eloquence often brought the jurors to tears. He was both an effective labor lawyer and a criminal defense attorney. He even represented himself in his own trial for bribery.

Among his famous cases were the Leopold and Loeb murder and the so-called Scopes Monkey Trial, which concerned the teaching of evolution in Tennessee schools.

Author-performer Henry Miller has spent the past 50-plus years in courtrooms as well as on stage. He was a longtime student of Stella Adler, is a published playwright and a revered trial lawyer. He is a past president of the New York Bar Association and the senior partner in the esteemed personal injury firm of Clark, Gagliardi & Miller. Mr. Miller's courtroom appearances attract a sizeable audience of attorneys who admire his courtroom rhetoric.
