Von Trapp Family Attends The Sound Of Music At Engeman Theater

By:

On December 5, 2010, a descendent of the von Trapp family, Kristina von Trapp Frame, attended The Sound Of Music at the John W. Engeman Theater at Northport. She was an honorary guest at the Solomon Island Fundraiser that was held at the theater on Sunday night. Kristina von Trapp Frame is the granddaughter of Maria von Trapp and the Captain and lives in Stowe, Vermont with her family. With her father, Johannes and brother, Sam, she owns and operates the von Trapp Family Lodge that Maria established when the family first settled in Vermont.

With songs such as My Favorite Things, Do-Re-Mi, So Long, Farewell, and Climb Ev'ry Mountain, it is the perfect show to share with the entire family.
