Geva Theatre Center unveils its line-up for WHAT'S NEXT: Festival of New Theatre 2010 to be held in the Nextstage from November 4 - 14. FONT2010 is a vibrant and innovative mix of new works by some of the most exciting playwrights from across the country and around the corner.

LAKE EFFECT by Padraic Lillis

In a snowed-in cabin on Lake Ontario, Kenny and Sallie, the professed loves of each other's lives, realize the only way to keep their relationship is for one or both to leave behind the lives they've already made for themselves. What are the boundaries of love in the modern world? Strong language and adult content.

The plays will be presented in an informal, script-in-hand performance format and, with the exception of the Young Writer's Showcase, are followed by a discussion with the playwright.

WHAT'S NEXT: Festival of New Theatre 2010 is part of Geva Theatre Center's ongoing commitment to developing and producing new work for the American theatre. Admission to WHAT'S NEXT: Festival of New Theatre 2010 readings is free, but reservations are required. Due to the popularity of this event, patrons are limited to two tickets per person. Play readings sell out quickly, but tickets often become available the night of the performance.
