Welcome to the Theatre Summer Camp at Compass Rose Theater!

Compass Rose Theater is a nonprofit professional teaching theater company in Annapolis, Maryland, founded in 2011, that produces a professional season at Annapolis Mall and Maryland Hall and runs theater classes and summer camps for all ages. Its 2026 summer camp program consists of separate one-week daytime camps, each with its own theme, age band and registration, meeting Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The weeks posted for 2026 are Theater Bootcamp (July 20, ages 12+), Musical Theater (July 27, ages 5-12, sold out), Improvisation and Acting (August 3, ages 10+), Create a Play (August 10, ages 5-12) and Musical Theater (August 17, ages 5-12). An introductory 'Welcome to the Theatre' week for ages 5-12 is not listed in the 2026 schedule. Scholarship information is available from the theater office.
