TIFT March Break Theatre Camp

Talk Is Free Theatre (TIFT) in Barrie, Ontario runs a March Break Theatre Camp for kids aged 6 to 14. The 2026 edition ran March 16 to 20 at Burton Avenue United Church, 37 Burton Avenue, Barrie. Campers explore many elements of theatre including character building, improvisation and scene study exercises across a week of activities, with the program presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International. TIFT frames the camp as a way to build confidence, self-esteem and creativity while making new friends. The camp runs Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and parents may add pre-camp care (8-9 a.m.) or post-camp care (4-5 p.m.) for $15 per service for the week. Tuition is $190 per child per week.
