School of Rock Music Day Camp - New York

School of Rock Brooklyn, at 240 Huntington Street, offers music camps and workshops throughout the year for a range of skill levels. Camps are grouped by age into programs for preschoolers (ages 3-5), kids (6-12), teens (13-17) and adults (18+). Summer music camps fill the summer break, while fall, winter and spring camps are shorter one-to-two-day sessions timed to local school holidays and spring break. Campers learn guitar, bass, drums, keyboard or vocals, rehearse together as a band, and most camps end with a live show performed by the campers in front of an audience. Offerings span beginner camps through intermediate and advanced sessions, so students can build on an existing musical foundation. The school also runs year-round programs including Rock 101, Performance, Rookies, Little Wing, Songwriting, Recording & Production, House Band and an Adult Program.
