Play Production Summer Camp at Compass Rose Theater!

Compass Rose Theater is a nonprofit professional teaching theater company in Annapolis, Maryland, operating since 2011 and producing professional productions at Annapolis Mall and Maryland Hall alongside classes and camps for all ages. Its summer program is built from separate one-week daytime camps that run Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, each with its own theme, age range and registration through the theater's Arts People page. The weeks published for 2026 are Theater Bootcamp (July 20, ages 12+), Musical Theater (July 27, ages 5-12, sold out), Improvisation and Acting (August 3, ages 10+), Create a Play (August 10, ages 5-12) and Musical Theater (August 17, ages 5-12). A Play Production week culminating in a fully staged published play for ages 11-16 does not appear in the 2026 listing.
