New Play Creation (Middle School)

New Play Creation is a one-week, half-day camp from The Globe School at Actors' Theatre of Columbus for students entering grades 6-8, running August 3-7, 2026, from 1:30pm to 5pm. Campers write, rehearse, and perform an original short play in a single week, collaborating as both playwrights and actors. Tuition is $250 per student, with $50 off each camp when registering for two or more using the code 2CAMPS; need-based scholarships are available through an online application. Globe School programming runs each summer at Schiller Park in Columbus, Ohio, in connection with the theatre's free outdoor season.
