Camp Broadway: Shining Stars

Camp Broadway's Shining Stars is a five-day musical theater day camp in New York City for children ages 7 to 9, held at Pearl Studios, 500 Eighth Avenue. Campers meet Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and work with a team of trained theatre professionals in classes covering singing, movement, storytelling, and scenic and costume design. The week ends with a Family Finale Showcase, in which the ensemble performs songs and scenes from a featured musical for family and friends. Tuition includes a production script, craft materials, an official t-shirt, a head shot, a commemorative patch, healthy lunches and snacks, and complimentary showcase admission. A sibling discount is offered, and partial scholarships are available through Marya's Gift, an initiative of the Broadway Education Alliance.
