Broadway Bites Musical Theatre Summer Camp

Broadway Bites is Area Stage Conservatory's musical theatre summer camp in South Miami, Florida, for young performers ages 6 to 14. In a single week campers create, rehearse and perform a mini Broadway musical drawn from a beloved show in the Broadway canon. Days run 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and cover acting, singing and dancing with the conservatory's teaching artists, including authentic Broadway-style choreography and musical numbers, and each week closes with a final showcase for family and friends. Nine one-week sessions are offered from June 8 through August 7, and students may enroll in one week or several. Tuition is $400 per week, with enrollment handled through Jackrabbit. Area Stage has served the South Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Coconut Grove communities for more than 36 years.
