Arts Alive! Summer Theatre Camp

Arts Alive! runs a performing arts summer day camp at St. John's Episcopal Church, 191 County Road in Barrington, Rhode Island, for students entering grades 3 through 8. Camp meets Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and each week is built around a different musical title. Campers work with professional staff and experienced counselors on theatre games and improv, stage makeup, dance and creative movement, voice, mask making, stage combat, and theatre craft and design, with outdoor time and themed days mixed in. Every week concludes with an end-of-week performance for families at St. John's Church or the Barrington Public Library's Salem Auditorium, and all campers receive a camp t-shirt. Tuition is $335 per week, with discounts for multiple weeks and scholarships available.
