YOUR NYC to Present Youth Uprising Cabaret at Toshi's Penthouse, 4/1
YOUR NYC presents New York's up and coming talent with a new concert series beginning April 1st at Toshi's Penthouse!
There is always a corner bar where you can pay, to see a girl with a dream, park and bark for an hour but lately our pockets aren't so deep. Youth Uprising is a free concert filled with NYC's newest batch of powerhouse performers. The inaugural performance will begin at 6:00 pm at Toshi's Penthouse in the FlatIron Hotel and will cover rock, pop, blues, and alternative hits. Afterwards, join us for a DJ set by Matt FX, from the STRONGBROS crew and music supervisor for MTV Skins.
The talent includes: Joseph Caruncho Jr. (Audra McDonald and Patti LuPone Drama League Concerts), Brandon Curry (Piggy Nation, Nickelodeon), Ashley Flanagan, Clark Kinkade, Lily Lane (Nickelodeon, Radio Disney), Ryan McCurdy (Once), Richard McNulty, Jordan Mericle, Blaine Morris (MTV Skins), AaRon Richman, Tyree Robinson (Boardwalk Empire), Johnny Stellard (Evita), Alex Weston, Barrett Wilbert Weed (Lysistrata Jones, Bare), and Remy Zaken(Spring Awakening, Freckleface Strawberry) with comedic interludes from Jerah Milligan (Wild 'N Out) and Chelsea White (MTV's TRL, VH1's Big Morning Buzz).
Toshi's Penthouse is located on the top floor of the FlatIron Hotel on the corner of 26th and Broadway at 1141 Broadway. No cover, $10 food and drink minimum; $20 minimum at a seated table.
