Actor Rachel Schmeling presents the NYC premiere of her cabaret, YOU, ME, AND ANXIETY as a part of Theater for the New City's Dream Up Festival. August 28th-31st and September 7th. Part stand up, part audience interaction, part musical journey, part anxious disaster, this cabaret takes Rachel and the audience on a wild hour-long ride through her journey with mental health. Written and performed by Rachel Schmeling. Music director and accompanist Jody Shelton, directed by Ellen Lindsay, PSM Margaret Baughman, lighting design by Elizabeth M. Stewart.

Fresh of of JULIUS CAESAR with The Public, Rachel is proud and excited to premiere her first solo show in the city. Tickets are $15, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Behavioral Health programs of the Children's Aid Society. This organization is dedicated to making sure that all children, no matter what community they call home, has an equal opportunity to realize their fullest potential, and Rachel is proud to be partnering with them for the show.
