The Broadway at Birdland concert series was delighted to host the return of singer Trevor McQueen to the stage this past Monday, June 1. BroadwayWorld has photos from the concert below!

After bringing his soulful vocal sensibility to the historic music room with a big band, and a tribute to Sammy Davis, Jr., he performed a show with songs by Stevie Wonder, Stephen Sondheim, Donny Hathaway, and several originals. The concert featured Angelo Di Loreto on piano, Tim Basom on guitar, Jeff Koch on bass, Philippe Lemm on drums and James Sampliner on keyboards.

Trevor McQueen is a recent graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and made his Broadway debut as Little Jake in the revival of Annie Get Your Gun. He is a frequent headliner at Birdland in NYC, having appeared as the frontman of a 17-piece big band. Trevor's love of music began at a very young age, while listening to Benny Goodman records in his neighbor's living room.
