Alexander last appeared on Broadway as one-fourth of The Williams Brothers in the Tony Award-winning, Liza's At the Palace. For the past several years, he has been performing "The Swell Show" across the country, mixing pop, jazz, lesser-known Broadway tunes, and original compositions combined with amusing biographical anecdotes.
Cortés Alexander was the recipient of two MAC awards and a Backstage Bistro Award for his vocal group, The Tonics. Recently, he was nominated for "Best Male Cabaret Performer" by BroadwayWorld/LA and was dubbed one of the "Best Cabaret/Concert Artists" from Best in LA Theatre 2012.Photos Credit: Seth Walters
