Vanessa Trouble, a recent addition to the membership of the Friars club introduced herself in swinging style last night to a festive bunch of Friars who came ready to dance the night away. BroadwayWorld has photos from the event below!
After a special Valentine's Dinner and romantic piano stylings by Stephen Sorokoff in the Frank Sinatra Dining Room, all the lovers proceeded up to a newly configured Milton Berle Room for special deserts and some wonderful little big band arrangements from Vanessa's five-piece ensemble. It was the type of music often heard and performed by all those legendary show biz personalities whose photos line the walls of the club. The sounds of Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra, and Ella Fitzgerald filled the room, and it was another great evening at the historic Friars Club.
